I can't believe we are approaching the new year. As cliché as it may sound time simply flies. It seems only like yesterday that I was writing about restaurants in the mountains when in actual fact its been a whole year.
I thought for a long time about which restaurants to share with you in the spirit of Christmas, goose and turkey was the first thing that came to mind.
However I decided on something completely different. StBarth in the Caribbean its where I spend my last christmas and new year and I still dream about the wonderful time I spend there.
Every morning I would wake up go up to the deck and be greeted by the sun and be surrounded by the most beautiful yachts in the world all gathered there at this time of the year.

C: Where did you grow up?
J: I was born, and grew up in Berlin, I’ve been living in the UK since I was 15.
C: Who did you spend your childhood with, and what were your childhood dreams?
J: I don’t think I was much different from anybody else in what I dreamt and wished for, I wanted to have my family and friends near me. My parents had to work a lot and didn’t have a lot of free time. I always waited eagerly for the weekend and holidays when I could spend time with family and friends.
